Getting Started
PaymentsAI is a payment orchestration platform that connects your business to multiple payment gateways and routes transactions intelligently between them to maximise approval rates. It supports subscription billing, fraud protection, and a range of payment methods across multiple countries and currencies.
Your Integration Team
When your contract is signed, PaymentsAI assigns you a dedicated team. The Integration Consultant sends you an invitation to begin the onboarding process and remains your primary business contact throughout. They manage the project timeline, handle commercial questions, and coordinate all onboarding steps.
Supporting the Integration Consultant are two other roles:
- Proxy Product Owner (PPO): confirms the feature scope and aligns the integration with your specific business goals
- Solution Architect (SA): defines the technical strategy and works directly with your development team on architecture and security
Your Role as a Business Owner
You do not need to manage API keys or technical endpoints. Your responsibilities are to:

How Onboarding Works
- KYC approval — Identity and business verification must be approved before any other step begins, including stage access. See KYC Overview for full details.
- Invitation from your Integration Consultant — Once KYC is approved, your Integration Consultant sends you an invitation and schedules your project kickoff call.
- Stage testing — Your development team connects to the stage environment and validates the integration before going live.
- Go-live — Once the integration is verified on stage, your account is activated for production traffic.
