Go-Live Checklist

Your account cannot be approved for live production traffic until all items below are in place. Preparing these in advance avoids delays to your go-live date. For the full step-by-step go-live procedure, including the technical stages and credential handover, see the Integration Checklist & Go-Live Runbook.

KYC must be completed first:

Identity and business verification must be approved before any other onboarding step begins — including stage access. Submit your KYC application as early as possible. See KYC Overview.

Part 1: Website Requirements

Your website must clearly display all of the following before your account can be approved:

  • Terms and Conditions
  • Privacy Policy
  • Refund Policy
  • Clear methods of contact (email address and phone number)
  • Primary transaction currency

Part 2: Account Registration

Set up your user account and create your organisation using the registration link sent by your Integration Consultant. For the detailed steps, see the Integration Checklist & Go-Live Runbook.

Part 3: Connecting the PaymentsAI Gateway

Activate the default PaymentsAI Gateway and accept the compliance terms — this unlocks KYC document upload. For the detailed steps, see the Integration Checklist & Go-Live Runbook.

Part 4: KYC Documents

Upload your KYC documents via the Admin Panel after completing Part 3. The required documents depend on your legal entity type, and the documents must meet PaymentsAI's quality requirements (accepted formats, file size, legibility, and validity).

For the full per-entity-type document list and the document quality requirements, see Required Documents. For higher-risk business categories that require additional documents, see the Business Category & Document Matrix.
